When You're the Only One Who Shows Up, You Learn What You're Made Of

Nobody discovers their real strength on the easy days. You find it in the moment when you look up and realize help isn't coming, and you get up and do it anyway.

I've had those mornings. The ones where I did not feel strong, did not feel motivated, and did not have a single person about to swoop in and make it lighter. And I moved anyway.
